Hauling it yourself: Miramar Landfill fees
The City-run Miramar Landfill raised its fees effective July 1, 2026. Prices depend on the vehicle, whether the trash came from inside the City of San Diego, and whether it is construction debris.

That Tier 3 line is what a dumpster company pays to tip a roll-off of remodel debris at Miramar on a flat rate: $1,513. It is one reason construction-debris dumpster quotes in San Diego run higher than plain household cleanouts. Haulers can also take loads elsewhere, so ask what the quote assumes. No hand unloading after 4 pm.
